Terms of Service

Effective 2026-04-20 · Order June is a product of Meria LLC (Delaware).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Order June admin, iPad kiosk app, public API, and orderjune.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or connecting a Square merchant to the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the merchant you represent.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for the users you invite into your merchant workspace, for the roles you assign them, and for the actions they take. Order roles (owner, manager, cashier) are described in the admin onboarding. You agree to keep credentials confidential and to revoke access for team members who leave.

Square & Stripe

Payment processing runs through Square (for order tender) and Stripe (for your Order June subscription). Their terms apply to their portions of the Service and are linked from the admin. We do not store card numbers; payment tokens are handled by Square and Stripe directly.

Your data

Menu, order, and customer data that originates from your Square account belongs to your merchant. We process it to operate the Service (render kiosks, write kitchen tickets, generate analytics, send optional AI surfaces). Details of what we collect, how long we keep it, and how you can export or delete it are in the Privacy Policy.

Fees, trials, and cancellation

Subscription pricing is listed on the plan picker in the admin and at orderjune.com. New merchants get a 14-day trial on any plan. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Billing Portal linked in your admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate laws applicable to your jurisdiction, infringe on third-party rights, attempt to breach our or another merchant’s security, interfere with other merchants, or sell or redistribute the Service to unaffiliated third parties. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other merchants.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them (and we email the owner of each merchant workspace). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
